Harnessing the industry's expertise to deliver sustainability
CULTURE & INCLUSION ACTION GROUP
Environment Analyst's UK Sustainability Delivery Group formed the Culture & Inclusion Action Group to provide a forum for DE&I leaders to collaborate and drive positive change in diversity, inclusion and belonging in the environmental & sustainability consultancy sector.

Group Chair Sam Neath, Global Culture & Inclusion Manager - Human Resources at SLR, comments: "Our leaders all understand the importance of ensuring our industry represents the richness and diversity of society, and that we create an inclusive and welcoming place to work where everyone can thrive, and so the Culture & Inclusion Action Group was born".

The group will tackle issues including ethnic, gender and neurodiversity, inclusive recruitment, early career opportunities, employee networks, DE&I training, leadership accountability and more.
